I just started shooting an Edge in Limited. My only regret is not buying one sooner!
Congratulations!

If you have an account at Midway usa and you get a birthday discount, I would buy there.

The magwell might dictate it for certain people, but it goes back to finding your own spot that is repeatable. Travis Tomasie does his reloads in the same location no matter what gun he is shooting. If you can see the magwell, and repeat the position then you can make the reloads 100% of the time.

I voted other, I think once Sport Pistol gets out in the wild more it will be the best. Fast burn rate like WST tightgroup, 320, supposedly specifically made for the coated bullets we are using, few dollars cheaper than other powders. Nail down temp sensitivity and it might be the bees knees
How temp sensitive is it? Is it a clean burner?

Blake drill and the Enos drill are great transition drills for this. I have learned as most seasoned shooters have that smooth is fast. If you are forcing it, it likely doesn't get a good result. What you do has to be repeatable. Dry fire is great practice. You can put up post it notes or playing cards for targets at varying distances. Just like the draw, you train yourself to bring the sights to your eyes. Memphis said it perfectly. Slow it down for your brain, and remember that smooth really is fast.

You have done an exceptional job keeping us informed. Thanks Archie

Replace them all, but you can buy the sear jig at brownells for a little under $200. There are cheaper ones out there but this is the only one that allows you to pin the sear and hammer to the jig just like they are in the frame. This way you get a perfect fit. And it is spelled yavapai.

If you have a yvapari sear tool, probably misspelled, you can pin the hammer and sear on it and look through the built in magnifier to check the sear and hammer hook engagement and verify the angels match up. Also would be a good time to replace all the pins. Worn sear/hammer engagement could be the culprit with a high round count. I had a friend who shot a 38 super through the knee in a match getting out of the holster and disengaging the safety with that very thing.

I was 6 rounds into a classifier when I sent one over the berm, two months ago. First time for me. Totally my fault, too.
Funny how your buddies speak in hushed tones for awhile.
Been there, sad thing is that it happened at a local match and I had to DQ myself. My squad mates were going to let it go. I would have DQ'd them so the only fair thing was to DQ myself.

S, look for Alliant Sport Pistol. Mine has not arrived yet, but everyone who has used it says it is the equivalent of N320 without the temperature sensitivity. BTW, e3 has zero temperature sensitivity.
Thank you sir. Anything has to be cleaner than the hs-6. I generally buy powder 48 pounds at a time. My son also shoots and buying 1 pound bottles experimenting, i just dont have the time for. So finding something that lots of shooters agree on helps me spend my time loading ammo for us to use in big quantity. Thanks

I'll give it a try.
If not E3 then what are you going go try. I am tired of HS6 and am looking for a proven solotion. I buy lots of powder at a time so anyone wanting to give me an answer other than n320 please chime in.
