I do, I have everything done similar/same as you. Patriot defense and xtreme parts with a 12lb hammer spring and I basically have to use feds. Winn primers in DA are probably 60-70% reliable with probably 85% ish reliable in in SA.

You can't compare hammer spring weights against different brands. PD springs are true weights. Other brands are not. Additionally, if you're talking about an S2, have you had your barrel reamed? A 12# PD spring should be 100% with Winns. You're gun isn't tuned properly.

If I remember right, I ran an oversized and fitted Disconnector on my CZ Single Action frame with no wings to eliminate the pre-travel. Is that situation the same with the BOLO or do you leave the wing intact?

You can run it with the wing. The wing is only for DA action, but won't give you any issue if you run it in SA, with a one piece sear. The stock sear on FPB guns (Tanfos and CZ's) do not allow an oversized disconnector to fit under the sear cage.

I was referring to the pic where the nose of bolo looks like it rubs the frame. This is the first time I've seen anyone discuss it.

One of my S2s with BOLO has premature DA hammer release that I can feel easily even in dry-fire, and it happens whenever I pull the trigger at certain angle, e.g. not straight back but a bit (or a lot) to the left.

Even with the DA hammer premature release, however, I still could light off WSP 100% times.   This feature has enabled me to train pulling trigger straight back.  I like it.

My other S2 does with BOLO does not have this problem.  I suspect it has more to do with the trigger bar and frame than to BOLO.

Both of you are correct, although the nose of the bolo rubbing is more of a difference in frame tollerance, than it is parts. Just the same as how some hammer spring pockets are shallower than others.

I was thinking of doing something similar down the road with the same trigger (and no pre travel adjustment), the BOLO, Titan hammer, and a 14 lb Wolff hammer spring.

Exactly - This would be the proper way to go. Completely remove pre-travel screw, and fit a bolo/titan/(1piece sear if it does not already have one). The previous issue was guys were trying this with the pre-travel screw still in - you ned to remove it, if you use a bolo (in this specific case).

Edit: to the original question - this is the mod if using the DA trigger, as well.
