The one I saw looked like it was made of white nylon.You turned the handle to de-moon,then loaded live rounds in the handle to reload the moons.

Does anyone know where I can order a Doh Blade tech for my 625? I called Blade Tech,and they said it would be 4-5 weeks. I can't wait that long.Where can I get one from stock? thanks, Dave

I'll be shooting a 5" 625. I like the idea of kydex so you don't have to worry about dropping my gun.

I can get one from Speed shooters. I was worried about the barrel set back.

Would it be possible to change the barrel on a 625 Performance center gun to a 5"? With the barrel being set back the way it is,I don't know if it's something a gunsmith would want to do. Any help is appreciated, Dave

Did anyone find out if there are moon clips available for this gun? I think it's an interesting design, and everything is available but the moon clips.

The reason I chose a Sig, I've been wanting one for a while now. I have other 45's, and wanted to try one out. The Sig Max caught my eye but it won't be available till early summer,so I decided to try one out till the Max finally arrives.

I wanted to get a 1911MAX, but Sig just told me they wouldn't be available till early summer.So,I've decided to get a different model. Which would you choose for SS competition? I like the looks of the STX, and the TTT. Any help would be appreciated. My gun store says both models are available to them. Thanks, Dave

I looked at 2 different Springfields at my local gun store last night, wasn't impressed with either one. The mim slide release, and thumb safety looked like they were spray painted with silver paint to match the stainless gun.

I need to know if a ramped barrel is necassary for a 40, or is a standard barrel ok for a single stack build?

I'm going to buy a Max 1911 when they become available. I'd like to know where frame&slide are made. Also, how does everyone like their Sig's? I really don't see too many of them around. It also seems you are getting a lot of 1911 for your money. Any help on this is appreciated.Thanks,Dave
