Bought a stock II cheap. By the time I finish with sear, hammer, trigger and magwell, I have all the good parts for under the cost of the limited. Already have the trigger hammer and sear ordered.

Finally have gotten my cast removed. The wrist is doing pretty good. I have spent alot of time lately finding the gun I truly want to shoot and getting parts and gear for it. I just purchased a stock II .40 for competition. I plan on shooting it in limited class this year and then deciding if I want to move back into open in ipsc next year. I will probably shoot my 686 in ppc and bianchi type events in open division.

What can I change on the stock II and still be in limited? What pouches, magazines and holsters are allowed? Thanks guys trying to get back into this game.

Did I hear right? The caspian magazines fit the stock 2? This includes the .40 if so?

Does any gunsmith take new jobs anymore? Seems like everyone that people recommend have a sign up closed for business, or too bad we got enough work. Anyone know of a good starving gunsmith to do some Witness tweaking?

Trying to decide whether to build a limited, or buy a gold team or limited xtreme. I really do not know of any witness gunsmiths around me.
