After hearing the stock break easily, I ordered a couple of aftermarket ones. I can't remember if these are the ones I ordered. They are similar in appearance, but I'm not at home to verify.

Thanks for this. Looks like it's my only option.

I tried the amazon ones and like the reviews said they are too big. Temu is the same as the one offered on Amazon.

You can try emailing their support. They sent me a couple after I saw the Go 2 clips were discontinued. If that doesn't work you might have to look for an online store overseas that still has one.

Thanks. I did and they told me they don’t have them anymore.

If I can find em I will stock up because it’s useless to me without a hat mount.

  3. For me:

You can't stop the gun from recoiling.

Also there isn't one way to grip a gun. Just like there's not one way to shoot a basketball. No two NBA players have the same shot, not sure why people think things are different with guns.

Eh.  The first class I ever attended was a Ben class.  Never again.  Too many people, Ben tends to focus on those who he thinks are worthy and we just spent most of the time blasting away on the sample stage.

I can say, that's not how it is anymore. I heard negative reviews of Ben's class from someone who took it many years ago and I was hesitant to go to one because of that. I went to one recently and he has clearly changed his teaching style. Highly recommend it.

I was leaning to a links belt because I can go up and down in size without buying a new one anyway.  Is there any real draw back to a links other than price?

The downside is that it doesn’t provide much horizontal support. Some people, myself included got rid of them because holsters and mag pouches moved too much horizontally.

Some love the belt, others hate em. I don’t think there’s much in between. But how compact it rolls up is a huge advantage so that may outweigh some potential downsides for you.

IME supervel is pretty terrible. I know I’ll probably get flamed for that but I’ve seen multiple people have issues with their ammo locally. Either it won’t gauge, has bullet setback, or people saying they have to modify their guns (HD extractor springs) to make it run reliably. There’s better options for better prices for remanufactured ammo. I use an 11.5 spring and so far haven’t had any issues with Federal, Winchester, CCI, or Fiocchi.

    Who has better prices?

Do you have any issues with light strikes with this combo? ive been having issues shooting supervel with this combo as well as the rami extended firing pin and there spring

I use supervel also and on some other threads came to the conclusion that they use hard primers. I have to use a 13lb hammer with extended fp to get 100% reliability

  8. I picked up some used 140mm baseplates that look much different from the new ones I purchased. Can anyone confirm if this is an older style. It seems like an odd design because it doesn’t offer over insertion protection.

  9. For Soundgear phantom owners, if you are listening to something via Bluetooth how is the connection? Can you have your phone in your back pocket without any issues?

I sent mine back to the factory, got the drivers replaced and they still have the same issue. They randomly disconnect if my phone is in my back pocket, or if I bend over with the phone in my front pocket.

The issue seems the worst listening to Spotify.

super frustrating to drop so much money for the Bluetooth and it’s basically useless.

My question is:  Why would you NOT want to install the Extended Firing Pin & Spring?

It's one of the least expensive things you can do to improve reliability.

Because it’s not drop safe anymore. At least much less drop safe than factory

Are you talking about fitting the sear to the hammer? Or are you talking about reassembling the sear assembly?

Fitting the Cajun Adjustable Sear and Short Reset System is usually very plug and play, and with the Cajun Adjustable Sear you are actually fitting the safety. Normally you would have to file on the lobe/arm that touches the safety, but a set screw accomplishes this with the Cajun Adjustable Sear. When properly adjusted, the safety will get in the way of the sear and prevent the hammer from dropping in Single Action.

On the CZ75 series, there are some tolerances with the Cajun Gun Works Sear that permit the safety to be engaged when the hammer is down (Double Action), but the safety is not meant to be used in this condition. This isn’t a defect either as the safety operation is paramount when it is in Single Action.

    Sorry, I meant disconnector.

do measurement drill with different recoil springs. you want the gun to return with minimal input from you. i see a lot of folks running super low recoil spring weights on 9minor guns and they actually have to "do more work" to bring the muzzle back down. there is an obvious over return issue on too strong a spring as well.

    i run a 10lb on my LO 2011 5"

I’ve tested a fair amount with doubles and video. The 8lb returned the easiest and had the least amount of dip.
