  1. Figures, I have one on a store bought 1/2" arbor That has a 1" clamping surface and it will spin the casing up and out the top. Spins it enough that it eats the plastic block holder. Thanks
  2. what size arbor, style and brand are you using? It looks like you only have 3/4" to 1" of blade unsupported.
  3. Ken Bird I have had it pop when the brass is not lubed enough, try running some without the sizing die Running new 45 LC
  4. Ops new to this freakshow10mm, were you manual or auto drive loading?
  5. The large swage rod should have caught that problem in station 3. It serves as a primer pocket probe to check for a spent primer and/or a small primer case when loading large primers. When the point of the large swage rod doesn't fit in the small primer pocket, it will not let the toolhead bottom out on the shellplate and you know then there is a problem you need to check out. When that happens, first thing I check is station 3.
  6. I dump about 200 45 colt into a plastic litter box ( clean) and spray lanolin, alcohol mix 1:8 on one side and let dry. Sides keep spray under control. I used to squirt twice and let dry, then shake and repeat. Found that This was too much, as dies were catching and holding lube. I run this thru Dillon 1050
