Just seeing the pic that Ranger Trace posted is exactly why I can't get this gun out of my head. That is awesome. I just missed an upper with barrel on this forum.. I'll keep looking for the right deal and will most likely pull the trigger on one of these..

I love the looks of a Zev Dragonfly and would really like to pick one up. Would really like one in 9mm. Are they really worth the money or do they just look cool? I have STI Rangers and a Brazo Edge. Seems like a 1911 style pistol would blow this gun away with performance. But I just can't get over the looks of the Zev. I have a 19 and a 34 and love them both. What say you?

My son says he considers it a legacy gun and I would be crazy to shoot it. I'll respect his thoughts and put it in the safe. I'll buy a Trojan and shoot it. Thanks everyone for your thoughts!

I don't know what the ---------- to do. I just bought dies and such to reload 45's. If I don't shoot it I'll look for a Trojan and leave it in the safe for ever...

That is exactly what my friend tells me! I have shot 5 of my safe queens this year, and enjoyed doing so, it is really hard to pull the trigger on this gun.

He says no don't shoot it. What are these really worth? I see them from $1500 to $3700.

He says no! He's 18 and will be off to college soon.

Love this forum so far. I have a problem that I could use some advice on: I have a brand new in the box 1968 Colt 1911 gold cup national match in 45. Never fired still has original oil/grease on the barrel. I can't bring myself to shoot it, I want to so bad but I just can't. I'll never sell it eventually going to my son. Shoot it or not?

Does anyone have any feed back on a Tactical 4.0 in 45? I have two STI's (Edge, Ranger) in 9 wondering what anyone thinks of the 45. Pros / cons

Can you really cut that much out of the slide and not affect the structural integrity of HHS slide?

Seems like a lot of money to make a gun "look good". I know they do more than just add a slide on the Zev complete guns. I wish I could shoot one, if I read between the lines on what you say it really doesn't do all that much for performance. My Edge will put bullets in one raged hole. My 34 shoots pretty nice but not as well as my Edge or the Ranger. Don't think I'm bad mouthing the Glock just looking for thoughts!

Can someone put into perspective just what you get for the money with a glock Dragonfly. I have an STI Edge and a Ranger both in chrome and am having trouble justifying my thoughts on a Dragonfly. Are they that good of a gun or would it be like buying a Yugo and a Cadillac. I find myself drawn to the looks of the Glock, they look really cool. I have a 34, 19 and a 26 now so I know a little bit about the Glocks. Give me your two cents on these guns!
