Do you have the extended firing pin added or are you running the stock firing pin? That is good news, mine just arrived and I am considering some of the changes. DA is a little heavy, although it is getting better, but single actions is fine.
I installed the cgw competition ultra lite kit, stainless guide rod, recoil spring, and the disconnector. I also performed a polish job with a dremel polishing wheel and some flitz and applied froglube. You can get a lot from just polishing and the ultralite kit.
