The load that I use for Steel Challange is 3.5 of 310, 165 JHP Montana Gold, @ 1.190. Change the recoil spring to 10#, I have not run this over a chronograph but the gun (2011) runs great with this set up

I have used VH 320 for the last year and half and love it. The load I ended up with 4.3 with a lead 230 RN and OAL 1.250, .470 crimp
