Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thank you all for the help. I have readjusted the sizer and pushed the rt down some more and that seems to have worked. It would be nice to have a tool head milled out just for the rt1200. No room at all left to move the trim die down. Thanks again for the help.
  2. Yes sizing first, should I reverse this step? Going to go try this now.Thank you for the replies, Shawn
  3. I have a rt1200 that is chewing up about every 5th case sometimes more. I've checked to ensure the blade is on correctly and not backwards, anything else I can look at? I normally spray down my brass with hornady one shot drop it in the case feeder and go to work. Station one is set up with a RCBS full length resizer and across from that is the rt200. I am resizing once fired lc military brass ranging from 99 headstamp to 2013. All the brass that gets chewed up seems to have a ring around the neck.
  4. I just crossed the 1000 round mark..... not one single issue yet ...used mostly 7.5 Fed, Fiocchi & Winchester slugs and a few buck shot.... I have taken in apart to clean it once .... Thanks for this, and to the other poster answering. 1k and only one cleaning is pretty impressive. Not sure if I hope someone shows up with one locally, or hope they don't. I just hit 1200 today. Not a single problem. All win and fed 7 1/2 bulk pack. I know some people were having problems with the Winchester but I actually like it more, it seems to be cleaner. I strip, clean, and lube every 200 rounds. I wouldn't own any other shotgun for this purpose.
  5. I've searched every online gun shop I could find and haven't found a TS .40 Anyone know of one in stock somewhere? Thanks, Shawn.
  6. Looking at registering, this would be my first multi gun match. Would I be way out of place? Thanks, Shawn.
  7. Getting pistol and two mags for $999.00. Considerably less that the Benny Hill 1911 40 I just ordered. Will have to wait and see which one will the the backup. If you don't mind me asking who did you go through for it? Looking to get one...
  8. Don't waste your time. The CS reps don't know much. They told me the 1301 lifter was a unique part. Yes it is the same. I had to get the Beretta CS rep to check with their tech dept to confirm. I ordered one and had it sent straight to Crums. It's in the gun now and works great. Thank you!
  9. Ordering a new lifter from brownells... Does the 1301 use the same lifter as the a400?
  10. First post so I'll introduce myself, my name is Shawn. I've been shooting for a few years now and up till a couple years ago shot mostly uncle SAMs ammo in his guns. Still active duty but not on any high brag low speed teams anymore so I haven't shot near as much. I'll be shooting my first comp this weekend (USPSA) and hopefully a local 3 gun next weekend. Never been much of a shotgun person outside of defense shotguns, I've had a couple 870s and a benelli m4. After following this post and a bit more research I decided to pick up the 21" 1302 comp. took it out yesterday and ran 175 shells through it, Winchester Wally World stuff... And another 75 today. Love this firearm! I did manage to get my thumb pretty good! So my question is who can weld my lifter? and how long should I plan on the gun being down? Also I picked up a Nordic barrel clamp is it needed? Doesn't seem like its long enough to really need it.And a couple pictures...
