My Shadow Target weighs 36.4oz without grips or a mag and weighs 40.1oz without grips with a empty mecgar 17rd mag with a shockbottle base pad. So that would put you at 42.7oz with the grips you want.
-
Ill pull the grips off mine and weigh it in a minute.

Does anyone have any details on the new Xtreme sear Grauffel is selling? He is now also selling a Xtreme sear housing, Xtreme trigger bar, Xtreme interuptor and Xtreme firing pin safety which is .3mm longer than factory. I was just gonna order a titan hammer and some springs but now I feel compelled to spend more money
-
Is the trigger bow rubbing on the mag? I'm not a 1911/2011 guru but thats the first thing that comes to mind.

Thats what I was thinking, It's not really giving me any competitive advantage and I'm sure a year from now that edge would of been worn down and shiny anyway. In my oppinion put a little cold blue on it, and no one will ever notice. It's not like it is giving you an unfair advantage. It's in fact improving your guns safety. Not sure what they would say at a major match though...

Thanks for the reply. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.Unfortunately it would be a no go...

I'm a lefty shooting a Stock 2 in production. The bottom edge of the magazine release chews the heck out of my middle finger. I was wondering if I could round the bottom edge of the magazine release and still be production legal or if that would be considered a external modification and be a no go.

I'd suggest getting your mags from greg cote.ok so I ordered the Henning upgrade kit.... working on possible getting a EGD grip from someone not wanting them anymore.
looking but not having much luck, Wheres the best place to get mags?

PMAG test?
in Glock
That looks like a one of the Korean glock mags that doesn't have a liner.
-
don't think so, you'll have to remove the trigger bar and lift out the plunger to be able to remove the mag release. Be sure to cover the hole in the mag release when you remove the plunger or the spring and the tiny little detent will go flying across the room.Hey all,
Looking to turn mag release around, can you do that without taking the trigger apart?

they are taking about the hundo case gauge from benstoegerproshop.com
The Dillon gauges at the link supplied in this post is for 7 rounds inn the picture. What is a "Ben S" gauge and where would I find one? I have been running the single round method and it is getting old.I've been eyeing the Ben S. 100 round gauge. The one at a time is getting tedious.

you sir are a good man! Just bought the last one. He said he may have one more for sale in the morning though.Call (414) 962-7773, he has some stock 2's

Thats what happened to me. I actually ordered over the phone and the lady confirmed one was being held for me. Pretty frustrating, the search continues!Just got the same email from buds. I even called and spoke to someone and confirmed my order. Then getvemailed later saying it is not in stock. Screw buds!
-
Buds just emailed me and said that they are now out of stock and my order won't be fufilled... so if your order number is after mine 1315603 I've got bad news for you!
-
Called tombstone to order one about 15 minutes ago and they were sold out. Salesman said they sold out in seconds. I called buds and was able to get one from them though

Looks like I picked a terrible day to sleep in!

Im a lefty and used to always bump the safety on my shadow with my thumb. Now i just ride the safety with my thumb like you do on a 1911 and don't have to worry about it.
What's your favorite load for the cz 75 shadow

My favorite load is 3.4gr of n320 with a 147gr sns bullet loaded to 1.135 with federal primers. Makes 133pf out of my shadow and is very soft and accurate.
