Rivana is outside Charlottesville, Virginia
The next ICORE match at Rivanna Rifle and Pistol Club is this coming
Saturday, March 1. Registration begins at 8:15 am, briefing and
shooting begin at 9:00 am. Round count is between 50 and 100. There
will be at least one classifier stage. Range fee is $15.00. We had
a good turnout for the first match, let's make this one even better.

I am just now getting used to counting to six. Every once in a while I will look for the elusive "7th" round.
If it ever goes off on 7 will I be suprised
I really enjoy the sport of Revo!

Hey all,
I am trying to find a load to shoot in ICORE & IDPA with my 4" 686 that will make minor. I have a bunch of 38dpl cases & 158gr raniers. I am venturing into high end +P territory with a short bbl.
Has anyone been down this road? I am going to try Titegroup in a +P this week.
Any suggestions?

Mine has the same problem with the Mec-gars
My 18.9 runs great with factory mags --- to bad they are 3X the price

Went by Green Top north of Richmond Va today and they had Federal 150's on the shelf. Only 5-6 boxes but loads of magnum and small pistol.
I hope this is a good sign!!!!!

Derek at Millinium Custom built my wife's limited gun. He aked alot of questions and helped her pick and choose things that would benefit her. She shoots it very well.
I would highly reccomend him

I don't shoot IDPA but check out the Blackhawk polymer mag holders. I use the double stack for my 18.9 in production

My wife and I are looking forward to it(I am anyway)

I shot a 18.9 LDA last year and really liked it. My wife shot it last weekend at F-burg and did well with it.
I think it is a good platform for production

We will be there shooting Sunday. I think I am signed up for wheelie.

There is a new shot shell belt carrier that was for sale in the classifieds called "Shell Out" I think.
Did a search on the web and came up with nothing useful on it.
Does anybody know who makes these? They
dispense from the top and bottom. They seem to be worth looking at
Thanks

I got my regular perscription and called Decot. They helped me with adding diopters?. Cost a little more maybe but I can see well. Would highly reccomend them for shooting glasses

My "large frame" assists in retension. I have not had a problem with the North Mtn.

I'm ready to invest, but powdervalley is out of everything but the magnum match, at nearly 140$ a brick.

I have just started reloading for my 625 and the bullets will move forward in the case . I am using a RCBS taper crimp die.
People have recomended the Lee Factory crimp die but when I looked at them they are also a taper crimp.
Question:
Do I just keep tightening down on the taper die or does a roll crimp 45acp exist or does the factory crimp die work much better?
I am using Ranier Ballistics 230rn bullets
Thanks Revo people

I am using the Dillon large utility box. I can get 35 moons in it. It is a little deeper than I would like but that can be dealt with.

We have a fair amount of SS shooters at our matches. Not a lot but more than a few.
Besides I like shooting my SS and would like to see it as a division.
My opinion as a USPSA member

it is a good dilemma to have
let her shoot all your guns till she starts finding what works for her.
Then have someone build HER one. Derek @ Millinium built my wifes for her with her and she loves it, it fits her and runs great!
It is more exciting to see her burn down a stage and do well than if I do it now
Relish these moments with her
