yleegm on Youtube shots a lot of M&P pro in minor limited and he is a 4 division GM from what it says. I think he just messes around with it though.

I am not at home but if I remember correctly some of the bullets themselves ranged from 0.62 to 0.66 I will check again tonight the most consistent being the 0.62 area

I was wondering if this was possible. I had a situation where my dillon didn't deprime the brass and when I went to push the new primer in the handle didn't move as smoothly so I stopped and check to see what happened. Now I have had a incident where I pushed the handle forward (by accident wearing all the safety stuff) and it wasn't smooth and it made me think would it be possible to push a new primer into the old one and force it out that way without it going boom. Just curious not wanting to try it.. but makes me wonder if that was what happened the previous time it didn't go in so smoothly.

Anyone having incosistency loading BBI? I am using 180g BBI in Once fired Brass. Dillon XL 650 with Redding competition seating die.. The majority come out pretty consistant around 1.185 but every now and then I get one at 1.191 or 1.183 .. it's really random. I measured the bullets themselves and they are all different sizes not more than a few are consistent sizes. Wondering if its a bullet issue? and does it really matter that much I am not loading to even major.

I am loading up some BBI 180 Grain 1.180 OAL 4.5 gr See where that gets me and go from there. I am expecting it to be a little under major power, but will get it there with some testing.

Just curious I was looking around the forums.. and couldnt find any info but i may not have looked in the right place! Are there any beneifts to loading long / vise versa?

sounds like a plan.. I guess that will take the what if's out of the equation

so I guess the moral of the story is...if I go for capacity then just make it so the slide never locks back and count my shots?

Having this same problem.... I have 3 mags that work fine.. I took the followers and springs out of the mags that work fine and put them in the magazines that didnt seem to work... so it doesn't seem like a follower problem.. i would assume its a mag problem?

I was thinking about going into Limited division and I was leaning towards the M&P Pro 40 since I have the apex I took out of my M&P Pro 9 so I can be production legal. And well the M&P Pro is a bit cheaper than the S_I's of that division. I figured out I would ask here since I am literally the only person shooting M&P at my club. I plan on getting all the dress ups for the gun if I think it's worth it.. Or should I just save save save and get a STI Edge is it going to help that much? I know its a lot about the shooter and not the gun... but how is that for a start?
