Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thanks, sry for the duplicate topics, first said it failed.....
  2. Are the blue Dillon ammo boxes stackable, ie interlocking?
  3. Checked a Large Pet Store chain today, They have the Zilla lizard bedding made of crushed walnut shells, 10 qts for $15. It looks very finely ground. Is it better to use a coarser cut, or just use the standard corn-cob media? Will the fine ground blend produce more dust? And how does the coarse-ness affect the brass? I'm just getting started, in fact, got my Lyman 1200 delivered today.

  5. New to reloading, looking for reasonable priced digital scale. Are the ones at Harbor Freight sufficient? The range I saw on their's is .1 gram to 1000 grams. Any reccommendations appreciated.
  6. they are up to 4 weeks to ship order I Just ordered some 124gr today and my status says "shipped", but I don't really believe it, don't see any tracking info yet.
  7. hmmm.....didn't order it setup for any particular caliber, so would it default to be the larger primer? maybe I can tell from the extra primer slide that came with it....I'll have to look. Thanks!
  8. I just rec'd my 9mm dies set for the Dillon 550. There was an extra black pin inserted in a hole in the case, what is that for? Also, there was a small retainer clip bouncing around in the case, hopefully it's a spare? Also, the way the 550 ships from the factory is set for large pistol primers, correct? So I can load 9mm or 40 w/o swapping out primer gizmo? And if anybody knows where I can order primers and powder, that would be great, can't find anything local. Bullets as well. Thanks for any info!
