  1. +1 for the 4.5 gr with 180 grain rainers, that's my go to recipe for my co petition rounds. Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 4
  2. Cabella's has them on sale for 29.99 per 1k at the moment.
  3. IDPA-nut - I've shot .40 BBI before with a couple of different powders (W231; HS-6, and Clays) and they were MUCH mess smoky than the wax lubed bullets I've tried in the past. They are a tad smokier than some of the plated bullets, not much and you could only really see the difference when shooting indoors. If anyone hasn't tried BBI before, i recommend trying them out. 4. I like the post that mentioned the difference between the SDB and the LCT is quality vs price. Personally I went with the LCT (www.fsreloading.com) and have loved it. From a learning perspective I think learning the basics on a single stage press or a turret press is extremely important and Lee allows you to do that safely and economically. For 600 rounds a month you're looking at about 3 to 4 hours of actual reloading time per month which isn't bad at all. Another thing to consider is the expense of all of the equipment that goes along with the press, things such as a tumbler, calipers, scale, case prep tools, etc can quickly add up. Once you have reloaded a number of rounds and if you feel you want to upgrade to a Progressive rig, I don't think you will have any problem selling the turret and putting the money towards the new one. That all being said, you will be very happy with either of the presses. Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2
