You shouldn't have any issues getting your barrel replaced under warrantee. On the m&p forum there were a lot of cases of poor accuracy. Everyone that complained had their gun fixed.

I'm glad I have a big unopened jar from the 80's as a spare.

Never thunk of it that way - I thought we were doing it because we were Pussies
This is my new signature.

It's better, but still not great. I miss seeing shelves full of powder. At least I can find rifle powder now.

I must be missing something.

Very cool. What's this going to cost? Are they going to have a polymer and aluminum option? Where was the trigger gauge on the trigger blade?

I'd go with the striker fired xd, for the consistent trigger

I used to wear the tru spec 24/7 shirts and pants. Now I wear the gall's gtac pants. I have them hemmed into shorts. They are cheap at $30-40 a pair and have lots of room. With legs as big as mine, that's a big deal. If I had normal size legs I'd wear the 5.11 stryke pants. My roommate loves his. Unfortunately they look like skinny jeans on me.

I use this one I bought on the s&w forum.

If it's labeled as a 15 round magazine, he could order it and have it shipped to him legally. Once it arrives, he could check to see if it holds 16. If it does, it wouldn't take much to make it hold one less round.

I'm working on picking up my first tanfo. Does anyone have a holster for an elite match? I don't need a race holster, just an OWB holster. It'll have iron sights on it, no dot.

I don't lock my elbows because it's not comfortable, my shoulders are too wide. As with most things there's no single correct answer.

A chrome job is only as good as the polish job under it. Between prep work and the chrome finish. You're probably going to spend more than the gun cost.

Here it is!
Looking good. I like the new port setup.

Wonder why on a fully custom barrel they don't delete that "loaded chamber indicator" cutout in the hood?
Isn't it required in some states?

The more you focus on the front sight, the better your sight alignment. Sight alignment becomes more important the further away you are.

The CC magwell really improves the feel of the gun (for me) because it's so heavy, and the magwell opening is HUGE. I used to lust after a Limited until I added the magwell to my Match. Now that desire for a Limited is completely gone (even though I'm putting one together right now from parts). :-)
I'm probably going to copy your gun. But with an adjustable rear sight and hogue grips.

FYI there is no factory magwell that fits Match model.I'm picking up a 9mm match elite from atlas. In trying to decide what mods I should have him do. Right now I'm thinking fiber front sight, trigger job, 22 conversion, maybe a mag well. Any mods I should think of for big hands?
Anyone have pics of a factory mag well on a match elite?
Only one that I know of is from canyon creek
I'm going off what atlas told me. I didn't ask what was involved in making them fit.

To me the flat blade feels strange. I feel like my finger is slipping off the bottom as it angles back. I thought it might have to do with the angle my finger is hitting it. But I have never felt the "long" version that I know of.
Well I'll wait until I get the pistol to decide. But that money could be spent on something else. Like a trigger job.

I wear tru spec 24/7 or gall's gtac cargo pants. But I wear them all the time. I'm one of those guys that carries a lot of stuff. So the many pockets are great for keeping organized. And great for the range.
