Also, any chance the 30 round rifle magazine restrictions will be lifted from the FNH rules for this match?
Ah...NO!

Here is the shirt design for the t-shirts.....you still have an opportunity to order if you didn't. Contcat Linda and send your check. Shirt will be white or an off white this year.

As promised...updated match information
-
We are trying something new...we are going to cut out yellow backer about 2" bigger than the plates and attached it to the back. This way you can see the plate but also get a return on the bullet impact close to the target.

Ok...I will try to help out here the best I can to answer some questions. I apologize for the lack of information however, I have the operations side of the match and did not want to cross into another lane...however I did, so information should become very clear and flow to the registered participants via email.
I have considered all size of shooters so all stocks on rifles should have adjustable stocks. The ones that I have actually seen do. I have not seen the Magnum Research 22 as of yet but once I do, I will post something.
Sights will vary from bead sight to all black sights to 3 dot night sights to variable powered optics. We have tried to place the applicable sights on the firearm for the applicable event.
For the Bianchi Mover, we will be using the FNS 9L with actual Bianchi Competition sights and tuned triggers....THESE WILL NOT GO ON THE PRIZE TABLE, Sorry Pat Kelley.
As for the comment about the ametuer and junior divisions, this was my suggestion at the start. It was not initially placed on the entry form and was later added upon my request to allow all levels of shooters an opportunity to expierence this great event.
There will be no holsters, slings or associated equipment that you need to get use to. Each stage designates a start position, some pointed at a ready cone, others firearm laying on the table and laying behind with the rifle on target. I tried to copy each discipline's information, scoring and such as best I could given several parameters such as ammo count and no other gear.
I am having the web site updated as I gather information. If you visit it now, you will see significant changes already. Match rules, stages and schedules should be posted within the next several days. Hotel information should be updated as well.
I am trying to do my best to provide you with a great event, that runs on schedule, fun to shoot and hopefully I have taken all the steps to make the event as fair as possible for all the competitors to ensure we truely crown a world champion.
I k now we are going to encounter some hurdles but remember no one a nd I mean no one has attempted this before.

Here is a little teaser.....stages this year will be named after major 3 gun matches across the US. We will take a flavor from the matches and incorporate them into each stage.

Bryan thanks for the crochet a set mittens idea.....I am at work with the stage planning now! Or we now have the rope swing over the pond remaining from the Tuff Mudder Competition. Rifle slung, run leap for rope swing across water to other side, engage targets as required to score! I am on it!

Jesse is now famous...we have a rule in his honor! Congrats Jesse...GAMER!
4.5.5 In the event of a slung firearm at the start, the sling must be attached to the firearm and the sling must be touching a collar bone on the participant in such a manner that it will support the weight of the firearm without any other assistance.

Which is free, the magazine or the Nationals? They are also a club series type entity. Whereas SMM3G, and RM3-G are open to anyone.
Hey Kurt, when are you coming to shoot the FNH USA match???

Had so much fun this year that it is on my calendar again. Even with the fall, subsequent bandages and laughter I am still headed back and I will be better prepared in 2014!

I was wondering the same thing --- we have a flight home Sunday morning.
You will be fine for depatures on Sunday.....everything for the competitors will be finished at the conclusion of the awards banquet on Saturday night provided you do not get too intoxicated from the cash bar.
Competitors will shoot half days schedules on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You shoot 3 stages back to back and you have a half say off.
We have a 5 stage USPSA match with classifier (bring 200 rounds), FNH USA bolt gun side event to include the Ballista, FNH USA 5 Stand with SC 1's, Adams Arms rifle event, Kimber rifle event and One Team/One Fight fundraiser event. That should be enough to keep you shooting the entire day on everyday.....
BTW, just so everyone knows...the banquet attire is business casual.

Martinsburg is about 25 minutes from the range and 30 mins from the match hotel. Do not confuse it with the Inwood, WV which is 15/15 from the range/match hotel...rates at Inwood are $89 per night.

Hampton Inn
1204 Berryville Ave
Winchester, VA
81.00 per night ask for the FNH USA 3G rate

You would be correct in that statement!

Oh Jesse.....lets see how that works for you. You know how I like to throw a curve ball here or there!
Where is my no shoot steel, OH YEA, "Course Description Subject to Change". I saw how you handled that at the Pan AM!

OK...stage 9 fixed, thanks for catching that!
