  1. Nick i would be interested in your take on gear. FITASC (well a variation of it anyways) is mostly what we shoot here. I normally use IC, LM, and M for no other reason than they give me the warm and fuzzies but have been known to chuck in a SK and IC if required on the close courses. Normally i would use 7,s @ 32 gram crackers Alot of times i have watched people i know to be very good shooters fall apart on a course. and have no idea where or why. A great sport!!!!!!! cheers CW. 2. I see alot of people changing choke at stations, i have been there myself, I dont tend to now usually IC, and my favourite LM will cover most targets where i shoot. However there is no doubt that having the correct choke for the clay infront of you is optimal, with confidence, lots of patterning, and even more shooting you know what your shot is doing down the range, i tend to change choke less and less nowdays. but thats me, we all follow our own paths. SK. IC, LM, IM all have there place on the range. CW

You dont really get any big signal when you start to see the target instead of the bead, you however start smashing clays to bits instead of chipping them, you know when your mounting the gun "yep this one is dead". As has been said already when the gun moves with target and primary focus is on the front edge of the target, its all over for that clay. CW

    5-Stand Clays

"Take your Best Shot" and "To the Target" by Daniel Schindler are the books i have, no doubts there are others of equal benefit, It wasnt only the books but a rethink of practice methods, and goals etc. Anyways i recommend them for what its worth. Cheers Craig

I love my X2's use either M and LMod or IM and F and 8's and finally Its all finally starting to come together. I found sticking to the same chokes, same crackers and getting a Good book helped the Most
