Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. We (Triangle Shooting Sports) still do work on the mossberg 930 along with benellis and the versamax.
  2. You may want to make sure you have the proper magazine spring length. Too much or too little spring will cause feed problems too.
  3. We (Triangle Shooting Sports) always put a little radius and smooth up the sharp edge of the extractor cut of the barrel to help with feeding issues. Shells like to bite and jam due to that sharp edge.
  4. I use a 26" Versamax and am very happy with it. It is more reliable than the M2 with the light loads and is spot on with slugs. I recommend them to everybody who is looking for a great 3 gun shotgun. I build both the M2's and Versamax shotguns and would choose the Versamax each and every time.
  5. Messed up. It'll be good for a rifle to carry around the lease for coyotes.
  6. Yes we do. We build to suit what the shooter wants. Have even done some 26" M2's.
  7. Plumcrazy. Was loaned to me until my dpms lower came in. Gonna end up buying it now. Will just build me a 16" ranch rifle out of it.
  8. My wife uses the Otto Load 2 vest and has had no problems with it. She loads 8 in the 5.5-6.0 sec range. She has only shot one match and adapted to the loading in just a few hours. Gonna work with her on the weak hand load next. Its good to have the flexibilty of different loading styles.
  9. You will get several different opinions on barrel length. 21" and 24" is the norm. Get the one that you're most comfortable with. No difference in price. Seems the 21" is harder to find though.
  10. Worked with kurt in wyoming for awhile. Drank plenty of jack with him.
  11. Kurt....does drinkin jack daniels at a little bar in wyoming count?
  12. Recently built one with a polymer lower. Worked fine for 500 rds. Now flexing and inaccurate. Ok for a plinking gun, but not one to compete with.
