Good choiceSwanny10 on the 34 you can't go wrong with it.
My selfe I prefer the Dawson Precison adjustabel rear and the FB front they seem to improve the factory sight and my hits were mor accurate.
I heard of a lot of good things on Vogel trigger but I have ZEF I don't now if that will work for IDPA but another bad trigger.
Also I don't know if this will Intrest you but I use DP + 5 mag base they work great.
For bulets I have great results with 124 gr hollow point made by Delta precison, win 231 and V340.
Withe the TG powder you just need to be cureful with the charge not much margin between min and max loads

Please disregard my last question.
I went to BT page and it took me a while to figure out all the attachment designation.
But looks like the DOH with Tech L the one I need I just need to decide between the WRS or just the regular like what I have for my Glock 35.

Good day all
Just received my new TAC 5.0 full rail dust cover and I am in need for a holster.
I been using BT DOH for my Glock 35 been good to me no issue.
Any one know if BT make the same one to fit the TAC 5.0 or if the Edge Holster will fit?
Or any recomendations will be apriciated mainly be used in 3G and IPSC matches.

DP works very well i have 8 of them on my 9mm and 40 S&W mags. You need to do very minor fitting, rounding the edges on the folower for the latest Glock Gen 4 mags but we are talking less than 1 minute each with a small file and 400 grit sand paper.
Also they come with instruction on how to DIY.

If the powder stay in the hopper for more than 1 week it is no longer can be used, just send it to me I will dispose it for you.
Don't worry I have it some time for long time in the hopper with no issue but that's me only.

WOW that's a nice pistol TAC 5.0 is it 2011 DS or 1911 SS?
I been looking for 2011 DS hard to find, been on my bucket list for a while.

I have DP Ice aluminum with the steel insert plug on my 35 Gen 4 to fit the medium beaver tail strap I mainly use it for 3 gun and IPSC.The insert for the ice is very slick. Also looks and fit perfect.
DP have a good solid products.

The other day I was at LGS Alpine shooting range in Kennendale TX not far from DFW they have a new very nice stanless steel Edge in 9mm discounted due to few shipping scratches price is very good, if I don't have the 2011 tactical 5.0 in 40 S&W on my mind ( which is hard to find also) I would picked it up. Call them I bet you will find their contact on the net they open 7 days a week. Keep in mind for finder fee just kidding.

I saw a while back youtube STI made video talks about how to assemble the lower parts I think he mentioned something about the upper spring tab must be at certain spot on the sear or the hammer will drop whin you rack the slide, you might want to look on youtube for that video.
Also worse case scenario for new STI you can send it back based on what I hear they are great people to deal with.

I recal my P-16 limited rattled with the DP base 20 rounds reloadabel but never have any issue with them.
I tried to load them slow and smack the base on my knee every few rounds but they still rattled.
If they work I don't think you need to worry but I know it is in your mind and hard to get it out been there
