What are the lighter weight springs I can get for shooting lower power factors? Say in the 140,000s?

Any recommendations using a 165 grain bullet?

I have a new XDM .40 5.25. I'm looking for a load for Tite Group that gets me over the 125,000 PF floor, say in the low 130,000s. Any recommendations on the grain weight?. I'm using a 165 gr round nose flat point Ranier bullet.

My powder adjustment bolt is 7/16s. Home Depot in Little Rock didn't have any of the plastic bolt covers. A local hardware store did but not in 7/16s m

I've got 130 gr. 9mm bullets from Montana Gold. They are FMJ. They are listed as .356 Super 130s. What is a recommended load for this bullet using Tite Group powder and Winchester primers. I'll be shooting them through a XDM 5.25 - 9mm. Thanks
