I am finally having some success with the Practiscore website!!!! Yay!!!!! (I had to end up creating a new match and importing everyone's information) I will post once it is live and the links have been sent! I am really shooting for tomorrow!! I am about to fall asleep on my laptop!

Hi everyone!!! I am hoping to have squadding open by the weekend. Practiscore did an update on the 1st and they have a few bugs to work out. I had a few little glitches happen that make me nervous to kick it off. They are working to get everything up and running so as soon as I can I will get that going!!!!

This year's Louisiana Gator Classic will be held October 22nd-25th at Southern Shooting Center in Thibodaux, LA and consist of 12 stages, 300+ rounds. Competitors visit prize table in order of finish. There will be a free jambalaya lunch on Sunday. Entries for the match will be available to Louisiana Section Members ONLY starting Monday, June 1st 9:00 AM--Friday, June 5th 10:00 PM on www.practiscore.com (same website as last year) Once entries close on June 5th, I will settle the entries for LA Section Members and emails will be sent out with approvals. Then on Monday, June 8th at 6:00 PM Central the entries will go live again for the remaining slots to everyone else. You will have 14 days to send in payment once approval email is sent (the address to send payment will be in the email sent after the entries are approved on Practiscore) If payment is not received your spot will be given to the next competitor on the waiting list. It was crazy to say the least!! I was not expecting that! My email was blowing up! Thankfully the website handled it just fine!

Sort of, I had a last minute family gathering yesterday evening. I have sent out about 30 so far. I have to send out each one individually. Only 65 more to go.

You will get an email with your waiting list number by tomorrow.

I will just say this as a competitor not as the registration lady. MS Classic is my other favorite match and I don't ever want to miss it because it is a weekend get away from real life! I get to shooting not work and have lots of fun seeing friends that I don't get to see often! They don't give a heads up so I just checked this website and their website everyday from the beginning of December until the match opened so I wouldn't miss out. They filled in 3 days and I was lucky enough to get a slot. I'm very sorry that some people are not happy about the way things were done but I did my best.

The reason it showed 5:04 is because my settings were wrong for my time zone. I didn't realize that was an option. I changed it so my current time zone is in DST (daylight savings time). So now it reads the correct time. So sorry.

Got a some apps in yesterday!!!!

I'm not getting into that part, I just wanted to let you know they have always made it a point to help out juniors in this sport and this year will be the same.

Just to let you know Brandon, 99.9% of the time Juniors do shoot for free!!

Match applications should be available in March!! We will definitely post when it is available!!!

Thanks to everyone who made this match possible!! From the match director to the little guys running the score sheets and everyone in between!!! Everyone ones part was equally important!! It was my first MS Classic and it won't be my last! Thanks again for an outstanding match!!
