Purchased my first AR type rifle several months ago and now have 2 ARs because I did not buy the JP first....but then again I might have 2 JP rifles instead of just one... I never heard of JP rifles until I saw Brian's Forums and the recomendations here....thanks guys! Ended up purchasing a JP SCR-11, well thoughtout rifle that functions perfectly and is very accurate thus far....

I have the same Bennelli M2 3 Gun Model. As others noted, backing off a quarter turn on the mag. worked and 2 thick masking tape on clamp (mag. tude only) will help with keeping clamp in place. I moved my clamp a bit farther back than seen in the pictures. I have a bit more testing to do but mine shoots right on at 50 yds. with Winchester 1 oz. slugs.

I just ordered a JP SCR-11 with their light contour barrel. I followed JP's suggestion about how to set-up the rifle to achieve "balance", etc. You may wish to speak with JP about how your current rifle is set-up and which barrel profile will come closest to achieve your desired result.

I have limited experience with AR type rifles and this would be my first DI (gas) AR and just getting started in 3 Gun. I am going to use this rifle for 3 Gun, target, and general use. I talked with JP and just wanted to know from experienced users, if there is anything I should avoid, consider, or other options to consider.
