Seeking input for 1,000 yard rifle and scope

i personally like the .308 for long range matches, but when it comes to hunting at 1000 yards it's 7mm rem mag all the way. -
Nightforce makes great glass, but i hate mildot no matter who's scope it is. If it was me, i'd keep my eyes peeled for a used USO they will run a bit more than a new Nightforce but SO worth it!

I like the badger's, and the Mark 4's. You can't go wrong with either.
