Thanks you all confirmed what I was going to do which is just use check station, I too have never had a powder not dropping issue plus it's just a habit for me to look in the case as it goes by, thanks again,
Dan
For those that's has the MBF are you still using the powder check station and and a seat/crimp die or removing the check station ? If using a seat/crimp die, what type/brand die are you using?
Thanks
Dan
I did the same thing back in Dec of 2011, I have another thread on this same issue, wish I could get my money back and order somewhere else. 8 months is way to long and last I looked it still for sale on their website.
I only use CCI primers for everything but shotgun, for the better part of 400 bucks I should not have to Jerry rig it to work . I love Dillon I have a SDB-550 & 650 love my 650.
But 400 bucks is a lot to have to rig it to work. Especialy since I just went back to work after 8 months since obummer closed down the manned space program.
Thanks for all the info.
I started with a dillon sdb went to a 550 then a 650, wow night and day dif. Wish I had started with a 650 could have saved some cash. And yes get the case feeder no regrets whatsoever
Not to hijack thread but I've read of some having problems with flipped primers, is this a non issue or does this still happen, don't want to buy a 350$ paper weight,
Thanks
Don't hold your breath on the 16 weeks, I ordered on 12-9-11 was told 6 weeks, still waiting,
and very hard to get replies to emails. Kinda frustrating to say the least. After all this I hope it lives up to it's reputation......
Anyone know why all the stores are back-ordered on the Advantage Arms glock 19-23 22 caliber conversion ? And also where I might can find one NEW? Thanks
How on earth I ever kept reloading before I got my 650 I don't know, going from a single stage Rock Chucker from the 70's to a Dillon 650 Progressive is like going from a bicycle to a Leer Jet. Now I'm waiting for my Mr Bullet feeder to arrive to kick it up one more notch. Good luck with yours.
YEAAAA just ordered a Mr Bulletfeeder for my Dillon 650 with 3 conversions. I hear there is a waiting period, hope it's not excessive long. waiting on email from "Power Factor" as to how long wait is. Oh well I waited this long a little more won't hurt...
Just found forum, been shooting different types local competitions for many years, been reloading since the 80's. Home range is Port Malabar Rifle & Pistol Club. See-ya.......
