Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Never shot uspsa revolver. Always shot Limited 10. Two or three years ago I bought an older 625 to shoot revolver. Locally ICORE just started up. Now shoot ICORE Limited too. I also bought a bunch or 45 AR brass and a new shell plate and speedloaders. Now I can shoot Classic or Limited. A lot cheaper than buying a new rig and gun so I can play on equal footing for local bragging rights in limited. We are averaging about 20 to 25 shooters in our first winter indoors. Last match 13 Classic, 7 Limited, and 2 Open. The only two 8 rounders were in Open. Almost all our ICORE revolver shooters shoot non revolver in USPSA or IDPA. Either recognize hi 6 shot in Limited or give them there own class. It won't diminish total shooters. Keep in mind what kept you going before 7 and 8 shooters were invented. Don't forget them. I voted yes. I just joined ICORE and planning on going to 2 East Coast Regional matches in Albany , NY and PA to compete for hi 6 in limited.
  2. Wow tried that. Still going to wrong site. Went a different computer and got the right site. Sorry obviously I am computer challenged....
  3. Linda please double check I keep using the link in mail note #57 and it keeps going to the 2014 link.... http://www.lchico5u.com/ar15-2.html
  4. Linda, Not sure if it has been mentioned but the test page states that registration opens on February 17th. Your mail note states the 16th. Thanks again for all you do.
  5. Thanks for the replies- I guess I will leave my converted stroller home- And will save the money on the golf cart as well. Looking forward to this!!
  6. Not to change the subject but as I fill out the registration form I see a selection for Golf Cart- Is it a luxury or a psuedo-necessity? Also I read the rules about long arms being cased or slung between stages- Does that mean that 3 gun buggies are not allowed? Thanks in advance!!
  7. Nik Thanks for looking at the scoring. I was trying to figure out if the 25's were affecting the scoring. I shot the match and had a zero time and another shooter had a 25 and we couldn't figure out (1) why and (2) if it altered the outcome. At least the second part of the question is answered. It doesn't appear to alter the outcome. I am aware that shooting over time would appear as penalties.
  8. Okay so I am looking at the scoring of the fixed time stage (Stage 1) at the Area 7 match and noticed that the time is zero for most competitors but every once in awhile the is an entry of 25 seconds. All classes have at least one competitor with a time of 25. Can someone explain?
