FYI, the mag carrier rule was adjusted to allow mags to tilt up to 10 degrees off vertical. So the above pictured carrier is now legal.

Not being a USPSA member (but an IDPA member) I won't try to interject my opinion on what rules/guidelines should be in force. I will say that this post makes a tremendous amount of sense to me and I'm eagerly awaiting the implementation of this division.
