  1. Sorry for the delay, I missed some of these posts after I messaged in... Did you get it figured out? Let me know if you need any help! Tessa
  2. Hi! My name is Tessa. I run the social media channels at Blade-Tech. I saw your post on a Google alert and wanted to make sure you got the help you need. They are made mag specific so although it might hold it will likely be be too tight or loose, in general I'd suggest you get the correct mag for it. But it is up to you on your preference. If you have any other questions let me know Happy shooting!!
  3. Hi Jeff. Thanks for the vote!! Always happy to help Just to clarify, Yes you can convert back and forth between IDPA & USPSA. As stated by the others on this thread, the Drop and Offset attachment is not legal in IDPA, and you can convert your Holster from USPSA to IDPA by removing the Drop and Offset piece and re-attach the belt attachment (minus the drop and offset) to the back of the holster. However, we use thread locker to keep the holster from loosening during heavy use which can make removing screws a little more difficult... but it can be done. Happy shooting! Tessa
  4. Hi Jeff. It sounds like you got some great info on here to solve your problem. I just wanted you to know that packaging or not we are always there for you! Let me know if you end up with more questions or would like to look at options to make sure you are legas for IDPA shooting. Thanks!! 5. Thanks for the info! We did some checking and for the ones that were randomly chosen here at the factory, they are within guidelines or very close, it depends on belt thickness. As we are now aware of this possibility we will pay closer attention, and do what it takes to make it legal across the line. If you need help with your gear to be sure it is within regulations or with anything else, please contact us so we can assist you: returns at blade-tech dot com toll free: (877)331-5793. Thanks again for your input. It is very much appreciated Tessa
  6. Hi Guys. You are correct, we did post some info on how to make sure your Black Ice is legal. The Black Ice holster is designed and manufactured to cover no less than ½” below the ejection port. When the holster comes off the mold, the cutout port/sight channel area is straight. The craftsmen buff and round down the sight channel to bring a sense of symmetry and aesthetic appeal, which on some holsters, was causing them to be out of USPSA specification. The molds have been adjusted by 1/8” to compensate for material being removed from the final buffering process. Furthermore, our craftsmen are now aware and are more cognizant of the material being removed from the final buffering process. If your holster falls under being out of specifications, please contact customer service and we'll get it fixed right away! returns at blade-tech dot com toll free: (877)331-5793. Thanks!! 8. My name is Tessa, I handle the Social Media channels at Blade-Tech. I saw your question pop up on a Google Alert. I don't know if you want a formal answer, but in case you do... the Edge and Eagle would have different holsters, so to get the "correct fit" you would want to get a holster that is weapon specific. Let me know if you have any questions. Carry on Tessa
