I have been looking at a 9mm pistol. I want to go to 9 to allow me to start shooting more. I currently shoot a Glock 21, I took a G34 for a test drive and found the muzzle flip to be much greater than my 45. I recently swiched from a weaver to an isocelese stance. I am applying as much pressure as I can with my grip I can not keep the muzzle flip down. Everyone else I ask about this claims the gun barely recoils, so I am assuming my form is way off. I have never had trouble with my 45 or the 40 cal 35. I am not a terrible shot but this is driving me nuts. I am clamping the pistol with my non dominant hand locking out my wrist, and leaning in to the shot. I cant figure this out. In a weaver I can hold it down a little better, but when I shoot iso the gun jumps. Is ther something I am missing here?
