  1. Use a case feeder on my LNL AP since more than one year without problems, works great!
  2. Yes, I'm happy with my LNL AP! I read a lot about this press and the Dillon XL650 and examined both before I bought the Hornady and after using it a few years I can say, the decision was right. I load .357 Mag, .44-40, .45 Colt, .454 Casull and .45-70 without any problems. Last year I've bought a case feeder, works flawlessly.
  3. Have a batch of S&B-Brass with priming problems on my LNL. The primer pocket is slightly than other brands, but the greater problem is, some primer pockets are out of center. I have crushed some primers, before measuring the pockets. Now I grab every case to feel the contact beetween primer and pocket to avoid crushing primers. This works.
  4. I use both, nickel plated and brass cases. IMHO the nickel plated are more brittle, so they do not expand in the chamber as good as brass. The result is, the chambers in my revolver needs more often cleaning. They also split earlier than brass. If I will buy new cases, then only brass.
  5. Lee has Help Videos on their website.
  6. A Rockchucker since I started reloading more than 15 years ago, a Lee hand press for powder compression and decapping (black powder cartridge), and now my favorite: since last Tuesday a Hornady LNL AP.
  7. Hello and a happy new year to all, my name is Hermann, live in Lower Bavaria/Germany. I found this great website while searching for information about the Hornady LNL AP. Started shooting and reloading more than 15 years ago, maybe contribute a little bit, but nevertheless think to learn a lot here and improve my poor english.
