Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I have to tell you that if you are going to spend $340 on a firearm you should expect it to work well in the field but you will have a few issues when put under the heavy fire comptition demands. I own three Remington 1100's (1100 Sporting, 1100 Field, and 1100 Competition Master) and have had little to no problem with them as long as I have maintained them. Besides, if you had bought a Benelli you'd have spent $600+ and still had to have $300+ work done to get it where you want it. I think if you give it a chance you'll be glad in the long run for saving the money and you'll get the same functionality. Just my 2 cents... Good luck with your conversion(s)!
  2. Last year I shot my first and only Three-Gun match at the North American 3 Gun in Oxford. There is absolutely no doubt I'll be there this year. Kyle and crew just do too good a job to pass on it. Just from what I saw, how could there be any comparison? See you there!
  3. This was my first 3-gun match and I absolutely loved it! I just wanted to say thanks to all those who put in the extreme amount of effort it must have taken to get this thing together. There were 10 stages with everything you could imagine for props. Busses, cars, trucks, cool houses, planes... :-) The stages were fantastically brutal! I loved the challenges presented from cool trail runs, to jumping over blockades, crawling under wire, jumping in and out of vehicles, and on and on. I have to say that I was also very impressed with the caliber of the RO's there. This being my first match, I was able to get everything from quick tips to help with my equipment. Ed Schoppman, Kyle, Todd and his friend (whose name I have tried to recall), all were very helpful. Thanks! I will definitely be there next year, and in this game for some time to come.
