  1. Hi Ray, Here is a test version for you, i have changed the max for sensitivity from 200 to 400 and i hope that helps. And it has an "Error Report" for Force Closes built-in and enabled by default, remember to disable it in options. It uses the Internet to report on but not without user accept. And Glenn aka 03k64 you should also try to install it and have it send an error report to me. Here is how it looks like : Just enter your username here at brianenos.com forum so i know who is sending. Regards Michael. Open Shot Timer.zip
  2. This is really odd, chould you try this : How to Non-Market .Apk Application on Google Android G1 Phone Download and install Google Android SDK. Now type adb in a command shell will display all the options, adb.exe is SDK tool used to install applications and interface with the device. Now Connect Your G1 Phone to your computer using USB cable. You need to install Drivers for this. Download Android USB drivers from here. This driver is required for adb to interface with an android G1 phone using USB cable. Go to Android Settings/SD card & phone storage and disable Use for USB storage. You can enable it again later after you installed your third-party application. Go to Settings/Application settings and enable Unknown sources. Download the Application installer .apk file to a local folder on your computer, Now type below command at command shell to install app. adb install <Full Path to apk file><apk file name> I'am not sure it would help but its worth a try. Regards Michael

  13. Here is the new version with following changes : One button as start and stop, End and Quit button has been removed but added a quit to menu. 14. Iam playing with a new version with the following things : One button as start and stop, End and Quit button has been removed but added a quit to menu. A larger text at the top off screen with total time. In options menu there are two new items : Reverse view of the results. Use back button as quit or not. Regards Michael.
  15. It should be possible to do.. Reverse list seems like a good idea I have also seen other apps with this function and should be quite simple to add. The "spy mode" might not work properly, as the beep from a Android/iPhone isn't as laud as a "real" timer and therefore it might not register the beep. Maybe Weisberg has some ideas for this ? The reason I disabled the "back" button as exit/quit, was that I kept hitting that da*m button but it could be an option, if it should "back" button or "Quit"/menu. Regards Michael.
  16. Odd when i touch the bar with my finger it opens here, i can also put my finger on it and slide it over the screen to open or close it. Regards Michael.
  17. You should have a gray/blue bar on the side of the screen tap it and the options should be there. to remove just tap the gray/blue bar again.
  18. Well, Iam not the true author of this program. I have only added some things to it. It would cost $25 to register it at Android Market.
  19. It does that some times and I haven't figured it out yet. But try to reboot the phone, that worked for me. Michael.
  20. Try this version, its the last one with a new feature. Now its possible to e-mail the results with the android e-mail client. Just press the "Menu" button to use this. Regards Michael. OpenShotTimer.zip
  21. Anybody good at making Icons ??? Could use one for this program... Michael.
  22. make sure you setting in applications allows for apps from non media sources (can't remember the exact wording). Alan Found this on the Web. http://pocketnow.com/how-to/how-to-install-non-market-apps-on-your-android-phone
  23. You can enable non-market apps in the settings->programs menu. And there are a few ways to install it on you phone, one of them would be using your browser on the phone and download it from this thread. Or send the file with bluetooth to your phone.
