CDMGEAR has a NEW safety selector switch " Delta Wave" for the 500/590/590A1/930 series. Just a little something that might save you a little time at the BEEP. and possibly 30 seconds at the dump barrel.

I have a 5 year FN SLP MK1 bought it new and has had about 8000 rounds through it. Cleaning it today for a match next weekend. Reinstalling the slide and bolt and a part drops out. Seems the pin that hold the bolt slide and bolt slide link, broke. The remaining half stayed in place. The link is working properly, with the broken piece installed, under hand cycling. My ?, is that pin available as a replacement part, or is it new bolt slide time.

The Gen 4 Glock's small backstrap is intergrated into the frame, so yes, Production Legal . The M&P to be "legal" for Production, has to have 1 of the 3 backstraps installed.

OK now that I have the parts properly identified. I talked to Ben at JP this morning. He suggested a little heat to loosen the thread lock. I'm going to replace the set screw also.

New build with JP Adust. Gas Block. JP LM BCG, JP LM buffer and spring. Winchester whitebox .223. Did not cycle. Gas Block will NOT adjust, open or close, will not turn at all.

1000's of RIO 3dram 1 1/8oz. 7.5's through my 3 year old SLP. Pistons sealed this past summer and it eats up everything.

In the process as I type. Saved some money here and there, but went "ALL IN" on a JP Low Mass complete BCG and buffer, from CPWSA Picked up Shooters Source last in stock Nordic 18" barrel, saved 20%. Lower is a billet Quentin Defense, upper in a QD billet slick side, Comp is a Miculek (freebie). AP Customs 15" hand guard off the other rifle.

12" is the shortest spring length that I would go. Reliability could easily be an issue going shorter.
Make sure the mag tube and follower is super clean. I use a product called Dricote its silicone free. Spray some down the tube, let it set a minute. Wipe it down with a clean, lint free wipe on a 12ga brush. Super slick, dry. Works for me

Have a 14" with a skinny 16" super light set up. I actually hook my index finger over the leading edge of the handguard, thumb over the top. Little more stable for me.
AP's designs far exceeds anything else on the market, and he is, a hell of a nice guy.
I'm looking for a 14", where'd you get yours?
