Did you ever try Solo with the 200gr?

I like 4.9g S1k with the 200gr Magnus - you will want to chrony them but I believe they were gtg in my 1911. Someone on another board said the exact same thing. I just learned that there is loading data for Solo 1000. Sorry for the dumb, dumb post.

I have some Solo 1000 and want to push 200Gr RNFP Magnus bullets with it. I need to get Major PF for CDP through a G21 with a LW barrel. Does anyone see any problems with this before I purchase the bullets? Or would I be better off with 230gr LRN? Thanks in advance

The old style Glock polymer front sight with a pin is .160 and the newer type polymer with a screw is .150, and they vary slightly. Good to know. Thanks for straightening me out.

CPWSA carries a front sight that works well with the factory rear. It is .125 W and .165 tall. I also turn the factory rear sight around backwords with this sight. Where can I find reloading data on WST. Isn't it another shotgun powder like Solo1K?

I think I am going to use up my Solo and TG and then get either WSF or N320.

It runs $90/4 lbs from Powder Valley plus fees. What about a more affordable powder? Or is this stuff really that good?

From what I have read, it sounds to me like loading 147's to at least 130-135PF will give better accuracy than powder puff loads. I did a little testing and found this to be true. Now, what is a good powder to do this with? This will be shot through a G17, G34 and occationally a G26. I have Solo 1000 and TG on hand. I have loaded up some 3.8 Solo 147 BBI to 1.130 and got 135PF through my G34, but I have been cautioned about this load due to pressure concerns. I was looking at WSF. Thanks for you help.
