It is true that Wherever you go, or whatever we do we should do it with all our full heart.It really makes a huge different when you do something without giving a 100% or with a full dedication. Yes,visualization techniques really help you achieve the goals in life.I feel it.There are two types of mind conscious and subconscious.There are very rare people who can be able to use their subconscious mind. You are absolutely right that Unreasonable expectations and self-blame make our lives miserable,but we can't able to stop our expectations from other that is also fact and when they didn't fulfil it we blame our self that I made a mistake by expecting something but it is too late when we realise it.Self blame make us to loose our hope our goal and even a our life.Really a very good stuff to share.
