I second MarkCo's opinion. As you know I am going through a similar thing with my surgery. I am starting a stationary bike process today. So stay strong and you and I will start our comeback near the same time. Good Luck.

Sorry to hear Cha-lee. Hope you can find a way out. My progress is slowed by a strained right foot but no pain in the hip. use pain meds to sleep. All is good and yours will be also you have to believe.

Hey Cha-lee as soon as I get back you will have to show me your thought process so I can improve my draw, since we use the same holster. FYI I'm out, I'm bionic, and now the road back to better shooting.All is good.

well Cha-lee we lose again. Update I removed that item we discussed and I agree it does not feel forced, more natural,than the other way. I will miss PSAC due to family obligations. Then the surgery happens. I got thrown another curve last week and it is draining me good. I'll explain next we meet. Good Luck.

Hey Cha-lee where is the Montrose range? What club is hosting? My motivation is high for Jan 25. But like you said, I need to temper my enthusiasim with patence. Hard with the Marine mentality. I may try one or two of your list this year , probably 4. Would you be interested in working on pistola and taking out my slide lock like we talked about? If you think that would help.

Hey Cha-Lee glad to hear that you are back. Todays match was cold but a great match the stages were really cool. Only negative was I hurt my hip setting up and put me at a disadvantage the rest of the day, but you do what you can. The good news I get to become Bionic on Jan. 25 2011. Then I have to relearn how to shoot( a good thing ). See you at HPPS .

Hey Dom I saw somrthing on your video of stage 1. You might try and bring your weak hand accross your chest. It seems to help balance me better.

Hey D I have one thing to say, you can't teach speed and you have it. It may be that if you take what you have and look at the postive side of that and let your sights flow I think you will go a long way. Man a quarter of your speed and I'd be happy.

Hey d it was good to shoot the last two matches with you, and discuss XDm parts and such. Your movement is working good for you. Maybe I'll get some of my movement back in the near future.

Cha-lee good luck to you and all our fellow competitors who travel to the great south west. Maybe next year if I get my gimp fixed i can join you all in a few of the bigger matches. I shot your stag from 2 positions (stage 5) and hit paper on all my shots but 4 were in the black. I felt that limiting my movement would be my best move. seeing that this was my last stageof the day and I was worn out. I didnt RO but I did score and all that I could. I hope we get the scores soon, but that is the way the ball bounces. Shoot there socks off.
