  1. I heard Enos had a book or video that was good but I never read it, Thinking Practical Shooting by Saul Kirsch is a good one... Mindset is good but nothing will beat the dry fire practice along with a mentor... USPSA people are so nice I'm sure you can find a Master class shooter at your local match more than willing to help you work on a few things...
  2. Don't slow down but do get under control... Todd Jarrett has some good videos on YouTube about how to stop, shoot on the move, double taps and so on... Your score is based on time so don't slow down, just get under control... Practice his tips, I've shot with him and he is really impressive...
  3. I shot it in open, which doesn't help you much... I just know you have to shoot those first 6 FAST...
  4. I use that exact same load... I started with HS6 and found it very dirty in my open gun... When I switched to the VVn350 it cleared up the dirt and found it more consistent too...
  5. Small rifle, small pistol, small magnum rifle, and small magnum pistol are all the same diameter. Some people like harder primers, or easier to find sometimes too...
  6. I've shot Wolf smpp in my open STI for over a year and never had an issue. I used CCI before that but they became hard to find... It doesn't sound like you are going to hurt your new toy... I know people with ports and comps that have to use 9.0g of HS6 to make major...
