  3. Hello All, It is finally time for outdoor shooting at the WCRHC! Our first USPSA match of the year will be this Sunday the 24th of April 2016. As usual we will be holding our typical style match. I have not received the stages from Bob yet, but we should have 9 stages and a round count over 200. As always bring extra ammo!!! Registration will open shortly after 8am and we will close PROMPTLY at 9:30am so we can get the electronic scoring system set. We will have a shooters meeting and start shooting at 10am. ALL shooters and spectators must sign the waiver and check-in at the Range Building (Where you will register and pay). If you are signing in your friends they still need to come to the window for a waiver. We will be setting up on Saturday the 23rd at 2pm so if you are in the area please stop by and check it out and lend a hand. We are usually done by 5pm. The facility is starting to undergo the improvements we have been working towards so some of the parking closer to the range is gone, but we have parking straight ahead of the road you enter the property on (Grass area for parking). I hope to see you on the range! Geoff (Stats) and the WCRHC Crew! ipsc66.org
  4. Hello to all! I have just been informed that the October 25th WCRHC USPSA Match will be a 9 stage, 270rd match (30rds/stage) As always Setup is on Saturday at 2:00pm so stop by if you can help. We are usually done in less than 3 hours! Registration opens at 8:30am and runs until 9:30am. PLEASE be on time for registration as I will need time to get the scoring system ready before shooting begins at ~10:00am. Shooters meeting at ~9:45am. Hope to see you all there, Geoff and the WCRHC Crew!
  5. To all, I had a discussion with the planning group and we will have all divisions allowable for the October match. Feel free to come out with the production guns or whatever other division you would like to shoot. More details about the October match closer to the match date. Thanks, Mr.Robot
  6. Carry Optics should be no problem this month (As long a the newest scoring software works!) Mr.Robot
  7. I was not part of the planning meeting so I do not know why there is talk of limiting 30rd stages to those 2 divisions. We have done this in the past with 40 and 50 rd stages for obvious reasons. I will see if I can fin answers to this. Remember that the match this Sunday is a normal match and all divisions are definitely recognized. Thank you, Mr.Robot
  8. The WCRHC September match (09-27-2015) will be a 10 stage (NO Classifier), ~223rd match. I am told that many stages were inspired by the 2015 USPSA Limited Nationals. Looks like a lot of fun as usual! Setup will be on Saturday at 2:00pm and we are usually done in less than 3 hours. If you have never been part of a setup, you can learn a lot about the game by seeing how stages are built! Please come out for setup if you are available. New blood and fresh perspective keep this sport alive. Gloves are nice to have, all other tools are available at the range. Registration opens at 08:30am and closes at 09:30am. Please be on time!!! $25 for non WCRHC Members, discounts for the setup crew and RO's. Shooters meeting will be ~9:45am, and we will be starting the match at 10:00am. Hope to see everyone there, Geoff and the WCRHC Crew
  9. Hello to all, Sorry about the late announcement. The planning meeting was held on Monday and we have the details! WCRHC 08-23-2015 match will have 8 field courses and 1 classifier. Round count is ~213rds. Registration will open at 8:15 and will close PROMPTLY at 09:30am. If you are running late PLEASE contact someone with your info (Name and Division at least) and have them let us know at the registration window. I do not like sending people home because they arrived after registration is closed but we need time to sync all the scoring machines. Shooters meeting at ~9:45am and shooting to start at 10:00am. I am sad to report that we have lost another friend and shooter. Jeff Douglas passed away last week. Some of our members were able to pay our respects this past Sunday. Our best wishes go out to his Family and Friends in this time of Mourning. Geoff and the WCRHC crew.

  19. Hello to all, I have just been informed that a large quantity of registrations have just arrived which DEFINATELY puts this match at full capacity. We are officially calling the match full and will not be able to accept any more applications. I will be meeting with Roy on Thursday to get these applicants registered and I hope to send confirmation to these registered competitors by this coming weekend. To accommodate this late rush, it sounds like we may open it up a little past the 100 competitors we first asked for, but due to overwhelming support from some generous firearms sponsors, I believe we will still maintain the ratio of at least a 1 in 10 chance at a firearm! We also have had a great response from other sponsors and look forward to setting up some nice prize bags. I am sure we will compile a list soon so you will know what businesses truly support this sport. Please keep that in mind when making purchasing decisions! Thank you for your support as competitors and I look forward to this match (and beating Dennis for the revolver plaque, using the revolver he found for me!) Geoff (Stats) Please wait until the weekend before blowing this site up to see if your application made it, I will contact everyone by this weekend. Since we are slightly overbooked we will not have a wait list.
  20. I hope to get most people registered on Friday, but I realize that some people are driving in Saturday morning. We will have a small window of time for registration on Saturday morning, but please be aware that timing is crucial, we are actually putting first shots downrange earlier than usual. I would like to have all info accurately entered for scoring the stages and this will require proper registration. We will post times for registration as the match gets closer. Geoff (Stats)
  21. Yes Mike, You are in, I sent your e-mail last Thursday and it did not get kicked back, maybe it went into your spam folder? Any ways, you are registered. Thanks, Geoff Siembor
  22. 2015 WCRHC Fundracer Match - 4th of July weekend, Romulus Michigan Registered another dozen applicants this week. we have verbal confirmation from a bunch more. We are over half filled up now. Thanks to all who have supported this match so far. We have good support from our club and the sponsors are starting to commit (I will let the other guy list them as he gets them!). Geoff Siembor and the WCRHC crew
  23. I have entered a little over 30 competitors so far and I am told there are a few more received applications waiting for me. I sent e-mails to all entered competitors and so far only 1 e-mail has shown as undelivered. I will try to contact that competitor early this week to notify him of successful registration. I also entered 1 sorry soul into revolver (He did not choose a power factor so I put him in minor for now, as that is all he makes even with a 45!). We are still a little early into this but things are coming together very fast. Get those applications in! Thanks, Geoff Siembor (Stats) and the WCRHC Crew
