Hi, I was wondering if you could give me a little more info on the SV you are selling. Is it a factory custom build? Also, any history on the gun, did Brandon build it?

Not a factory build, here is some info about it:
The SVI pistol was built in the late 90's-early 2000's by Mike Johnson Shooting Specialties in Chinook, Montana where he still does gunsmithing. Mike was one of the pistol smithing pioneers of IPSC/USPSA from the late 80's going forward until today. He originally built several Open and Limited pistols for my friend in Twin Falls, Idaho who used them primarily for Steel Challenge matches. He had a bike accident and broke his neck about ten years ago and has not been able to shoot since. I bought some of his pistols about 6-7 years ago and shot this one for about a year before moving on to a six inch gun.
Pistol has bull barrel, ambi's, fiber optic front sight, interchangeable breech face, SV magwell, plastic grip, one SV hi-cap mag. Pistol has right at 15K through it and runs 100%. I can sell you extra mags if you'd like pretty cheap.

Hey Alma - I've had one of the P320 RX's now for about three weeks - with your grip of course(!) - but the only thing I don't like about the Romeo1 is that tiny dot! Do you know if any other sight with perhaps a 6-7 minute dot will fit the factory milled slide cut for the Romeo1? S'posed to be getting one o' those trigger kits from Bruce in the next day or two - any hints on installing it? I think it's marked "experimental" on the packaging and I guess it's not entirely a "drop in" project so any tips you can provide me will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Hey Alma - have you ever taken the stock sear out of your 320 and stoned/polished it? Any idea if it's been hardened at the sear nose? I wouldn't think so as I'm guessing the engagement with the striker has to be pretty excessive. I'm thinking I'm gonna stone the nose so the engagement isn't quite as much and see what happens. Sure hope Sig will sell me one if I screw this one up!
thanks!

Thanks for the reply Alma! I want to wait until I get the trigger kit installed before I start looking for optics. But it is certainly disconcerting to lose the dot when going fast - and it's always high in the lens. So I'm thinking a 6-7 minute dot might mitigate that somewhat.
Please do make a video if you have time. It sounds to me like the trigger kit is not quite ready for drop-in installation - which is understandable to me. Just wondering what you ran into when installing yours as you've had it for what, maybe two months or so? I'll gladly take any advice I can get!
Thanks!
