If you guys want to buy DVDS for CHEAP, I may be able to help. I'm talkin' 8-10 bucks...Email me if you're interested. We are already doing internet orders and I could easily do a benos program...

Maybe, but I still won't get any respect from my squad...
"you guys can take your ears off, Anderson's up"
or
"no need to paste or paint, Anderson's rounds won't penetrate the targets"
to which I retort...
"you want me to load hot, raise the damn power factor!"

USPSA, but I thought IPSC was more restrictive in production, not less. Am I wrong?

Got it in yesterday from dawson precision, got it all set up. It does make a difference from just a regular belt in two ways, at least for me.
1. Positions the holster more vertically than does a belt that is also holding up the pants. This allows greater speed and less drag from the holster.
2. Positions the holster and mags away from the body a little more, which causes less interference from the eternally untucking shirt, and just feels better.
This is my first 2-ply belt, so I can't compare/contrast any others, but if you're just using one belt, this is faster and better.

Bill,
Please introduce yourself at Circleville next time. I'll be the guy in the Beretta hat gettin' no respect from my squad. (I shoot with Burnin' Vernon Walker's squad almost always. )

If you will do 100-150 reloads a night in dry-fire, you will be there in 60-90 days. How do I know? Trust me...

Yeah Vince, I know all that...like I said, can o' worms!
Thanks Again,

I overheard at a match that miller lite has significantly less calories and carbs than any other light beer...I don't know if it makes major for alcohol level.

I wonder how many practice those skills at those distances on a regular basis. Somebody who knows how should post the stage in here...I would If I knew how.
I can do a link. That's advanced for me...

That was the one where I decided I was wrong to think...
"Maybe I should go shoot this next year!"
Will this stump the superstars?

After reading another post about production, it now appears that the part in question must be offered by the factory for the model in question, and whether it is used on a non-production legal gun is irrelevant.

I still think two seconds is smokin' some days...I was realy impressed by what TGO wrote a couple weeks ago about worrying more about your slowest reload out of 10 than your fastest. Consistency...
BTW, my average was more like 1.2, 1.3 so that's really where I'm at. But now I know where I can go...

It's also a great place to play if for some ungodly reason you don't prefer a 1911 and don't find all other (non-1911) handguns to be an abomination of the eternal spirit of ol' john moses...
I also feel that the glock is not really a double action gun, but that's a can o' worms I don't want to open...
I certainly like 'em, and don't mind competing against 'em, but I don't think they are true double action guns.

So the deal with swapping parts in production is that the donor gun must also be prod. legal?
Specifically, the Beretta billenium has a different mag button than the elite II. This mag button is sold seperately and is also on the "combat" model of the 92. Neither of of these donor guns is prod. legal, but the part is made and sold seperately by Beretta and fits the elite II.
Legal in Production?

Best reload was 1.01 last night, a personal best.
it was only at 5 yds, but the drill was draw, fire two reload, fire two.
Production gear. All A's.
I didn't note the best overall time for the drill, I was too giddy to care!
Feels good!

...I was too frazzled to shoot, so I asked to be bumped down in the order. The next shooter was...
(I know it's more than 10, but we need a little direction )

BTW, when you get your Beretta, you're gonna have to get a good trigger job, which means you'll need to shoot winchester (not winclean) or federal ammo to set the primers off. I liked federal american eagle before I got the dillon.

Am I the only guy who reloads 9mm?
Bullets are cheap, don't need much powder, free brass everywhere...I guess if you didn't have the caliber conversion or didn't want to hang out in production it makes sense...It's ok, I'm used to being different.

I was teasing a revolver guy at our weekly bowling pin shoot about wheelguns being so inferior, and on my next run a blazing hot piece of brass landed under my collar and burned the everlovin' bujeezy outta the back of my neck.
My buddy was quick to remind me about revolvers and their retained brass.
Guess you had to be there...

Gotcha. This should help. My pain is gone...

Jon,
The undersized die does not slow the operation down, but I have about 1 in 20 stick as they go in from slight misalignment, which requires a little jiggle.
No big deal...

I don't know, I just went to GNC and asked for it. Big F'ing pills, kinda hard to swallow, but works great.
I don't know if it would help pain from a cut, it's for joint pain due to lack of cartilage.

production parts swapping
in USPSA/IPSC Rules

Flex,
"Ehhh"?
Is that term in the FAQ? maybe I should read it again...
Maybe it's a moderator term for "you guys are just confusing each other more than you're helping"
Vince,
Am I cool in USPSA with the above questions you posted?
I can't wait to protest my "open" scores with, "but Vince Pinto said it was OK on the internet!"
(BTW guys, I assure you all the above is in jest with the utmost of humor intended...these things don't always look so funny when you read them...)
But I was right that USPSA is less restrictive, correct?
