    Ya know, I didn't really have a great match this past Sunday, so I saw no need to dwell there.

    So not true Micah. You had a great match! You should know better than to let a little mishap shape your thoughts about an entire day.

    It may seem like a great big DUH - but I really like shooting :)

    It really makes my day when I'm hanging out with a cool group of people in fairly nice weather blasting guns.

    I never RO my wife and I certainly don't want her scoring me. I'm glad your wife wasn't more seriously hurt, Gregg.

    David and I have the opposite view - I trust him more than any other person on earth - so why wouldn't I want him to be in charge of the safety of myself and others in, what could be, a fairly dangerous situation? There are many times I have ASKED him to take over as RO the shooter before me because I didn't trust the person with the clock.

    David LOVES telling his DQ me story - he swears he wasn't sure which was worse, watching his wife hit gravel or watching his beloved limited gun hit gravel (and slide!) Thankfully, he did ask me if I was okay as he was going for his gun ;)

    I've been spending hours trying to think of who I can bribe to come shovel me out of this sh*t.

    I had finally decided to give in and just go buy a snow blower, but when I opened the garage and saw 3 feet of snow piled against the door - it dawned on me that I still have to shovel out of this sh*t!!! (we did not get 3 feet of snow - but we did get winds which piled it up rather well against the doors - we have 2 separate garages that are perpendicular to each other which created a lovely place for the snow to stop!)

    I think I'll go play Command & Conquer :)

    I am at work now. I like this kind of weather. We are on emergency accident reporting so I don't have to go out at all unless we have a real emergency. Looks like it's not all done yet so I may be here for a while. I don't know if i'll be able to make it home.

    Our plant shut down at 11:30 today. The exact same time David left to go to the airport to go to Belgium (ARGH!) How come he always misses all the "good stuff"?

    Oh, so you only had one day of that bad weather this year? :rolleyes:

    Um, actually, yes :) Today only - and it's been 4 years since the last time it's snowed more than a couple of inches.

    (But it is freakin' cold here between Oct and March - I never understood a "shooting season" until my first October here!)
