Yankee Dog

+1 In the rifle poll the leading result was to let anything go with regard to mag capacity. Yet in shot gun folks want to limit capacity. Could someone explain please. Yankee Dog

The missus has decided to take up 3 gun. Her scatter gun weapon of choice is an 870 Lt 20 Junior. No discussion necessay on the choice of weapon. She likes the Lt 20. It fits her and she shoots it well. The problem is carrying ammunition. Currently she is using a bandolier around her waist which she finds less than satisfactory. She would like a side saddle and caddy of some sort. My question is will the normal side saddles fit a Lt 20? And what other ammo toting devices will hold 20s? Thanks

Been away from shooting for awhile. Or at least not doing much of it. Got carried away by motorcycle it would seem. I put about 20,000 miles or so a year on them. But the smell of buring powder is calling to me again. Especially when it comes from long guns. I really enjoy three gun. I shoot a Para P14-45 and a CZ85. The missus gave me a SW625 a while back and I am planning to drag it out to the range from time to time. My large bore is a Rem 1100 I picked up at a gun show, Choate stock, tube and an easy loader. The other long gun is a plain Jane Colt AR. I also llke to shoot the Garand from time to time just for kicks. I have also threatened to get the M1903A3 out just for the looks I would get. Hey its all about fun and so long as I have a smooth run and a good time then that is all that matters. I heard of this forum a while back and when I ran across it the other day I was impressed by the weath of knowledge. Hope you all dont mind if I hang around a little.
