  1. Do you have product numbers or model numbers on both brands of holsters. And I checked all around here and everybody only carries blackwawk brand so who on the internet is a good place to go

I have two Blade-Tech holsters and order them on-line. I use the Revolution Series model for both my full size and Pro pistols. Going on six seasons with them, no wear on the pistols.

  2. Just ordered a RL 550B package in 9mm and a caliber conversion for .45 ACP from Brian.

Excited to get started; need to order some supplies!

Welcome to the forum. If you like to shoot USPSA try to make it out to some of my matches that run fromun April-Sept.

Congrats on the Dillon. Midwest Gun Club in Canal Fulton now also has Dillon products if you need anything.

  3. Just a suggestion: As a new club contact for USPSA I have experienced the same thing. I have open communication with other surrounding area USPSA clubs so we don't step on each others schedules. The last thing I want is my attendance/income to drop at my matches so I do my best to work things out with the other club contacts. I attend their matches and they reciprocate by attending and helping at mine. Hopefully you can establish the same relationship with the new club by you.

It is quite possible they cannot change the date due to other range activities. Even though you are the more "senior club", maybe your range schedule will permit a weekend match date change?

    Good luck,

    Jeff

  4. Thank you for the great information! I guess my internet search skills are not very good - I was searching for ranges, not clubs. Do I have to know someone to check these clubs out?

At my club you do not have to know anybody. We have our monthly meeting the third Sunday of every month with a hot lunch at 2PM in the club house that are open to the public. We actually have the January tomorrow (1/15) and I will be there. So if you are available, come on out. First year associate membership I think is $65 now and each year after that is $110. 80 acres with deer hunting, skeet, small bore range and the rifle ranges I mentioned.

The USPSA matches, like mine and at Crooked Creek, or any other club for that matter are always open to the public.

  5. Welcome to the forum! There are quite a few places to shoot in NE Ohio. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and I am a USPSA Club Contact at a club in Portage County. The club I belong to has 100, 200,and 300 yard rifle ranges and the membership rates are very reasonable.

Click on the link in my signature line for details. Hope to meet you sometime.

  6. We made this vote now because of the timeline needed to make equipment changes which includes a member input period. This is not a done deal by strech of the imagination. If member feedback says leave it alone that is how I will vote.

    Chris,

Thanks for your response. The proposed 3# production trigger rule will affect many of the members. With Production being one of USPSA's more successful divisions, what factors were involved in putting the issue on the table?

From what you said, it sounds like the BOD will vote on the proposal again at a later date, is this true?

    Thank you

  7. Hi,

I bought new 9mm Pro recently and need some recommendations from seasoned Pro shooters please. My personal history is I have been shooting the full size M&P 9mm model in USPSA competition the last 6 years. Here is my issue and maybe some good people have a suggestion for me on the Pro model:

Problem: At 21' my 9mm Pro is shooting tight groups 1.5" low. I am not pulling down, milking grip etc. etc.

    Here is the set up:

115gr copper plated bullet, 4.9grs bullseye powder, 1.120" OAL. This load is dead on with my full size, holding the fiber optic front over the bullseye but now the Pro is shooting constantly low.

    Pistol:

9mm M&P Pro, fixed sights on the rear, fiber optic front sight from the factory.

Any recommendations to improve my accuracy on my set up would be appreciated before I try to expirament & modify anything (getting fully adj rear sight, changing bullet wt., load recipe etc etc.) Thanks!

    Jeff
