3-Gun Nation is proud to announce the venues and dates for the 2015 3GN Regional Championship Series, presented by Remington Outdoor Company (ROC). Five matches will provide championship-caliber 3-Gun competition across the country, blending Pro Series-style, natural terrain and long-range target presentations. Each of the five matches will have one of the following ROC brands as a title sponsor: Barnes Bullets, Advanced Armament Corporation, Remington Handguns, Bushmaster and DPMS, again providing 3GN Regional Championship matches with some of the most lucrative prize tables in the sport.
Four new venues highlight the 2015 season, including matches in Utah, Alabama, Virginia and West Virginia. 3GN will make a return trip to Marble Falls, Texas for the second event of this year’s Regional Championship Series.2015 3GN Regional Championships

I have asked for an alternative but have yet to be provided one that is not subjective...randomly assigning 100 points to ever stage is not the answer. But i will consider any constructive and non personal/ emotional feedback. I am about building a better mouse trap, you do that with sound unemotional information.
Rules Mods are in the works and will be published Jan 1...certainly for this shotgun match the equipment portion will not change.

Yes, it is. Awesome to see Ty Gentry coming! As well as the usual array of top shooters like-all of them! Charles, I don't know if you're the best match director out there, but you're way ahead of whoever's in second place. The promotion emails, the reminders on Facebook and here, the ease of signing up and paying for the match. The user friendly attitude and your personal availability for questions is really amazing. I am not saying others are bad! It is just that with all the busy schedules we all have, it is nice to be reminded, the process streamlined, and the open nature of it make it a real pleasure. Thank you.
Also, Paul and the Atlanta3Gun crew are excellent as well-with very similar setup for their matches. Awesome!

Remington Versa Max Challenge Series
Tarheel 3-Gun is proud to announce the 2015 Remington Versa Max Challenge Series. Remington has committed to THREE shotgun only matches in 2015.
This series will consist of three shotgun only matches, which will be two-day events with a prize table. Two of these matches will be held in New Hill NC and one will be held in Atlanta GA.
The GA match will be a joint venture between Atlanta 3-Gun and Tarheel 3-Gun and will be held at the South River Gun Club. Atlanta 3-Gun has built a solid reputation; having Chris and Paul involved in this series is only a plus. The two NC matches will be ran by Tarheel 3-Gun and held at Woody’s Hunt and rifle Club, New Hill NC.
The best two match finishes will decided who is titled the 2015 Remington Versa Max Challenge National Champion. All three division, Semi-auto, Pump and Open will be recognized.
· Semi Auto Series Champion will receive $1000.00 plus a Remington Versa Max Challenge Series National Champion Trophy
· Pump Series Champion will receive $870.00 plus a Remington Versa Max Challenge Series National Champion Trophy

Facts for the shooters:
-Teams consist of two people (one must be a female or junior)
-All teams must compete in the Tactical Optics division
-The match will consist of 7-9 stages
-$2,000.00 CASH Shot Off : Top four Teams and four Random Selected Team Shot Off for the Cash (Plus they walk the prize table)
-Prizes will be awarded by team finish, but you will walk the prize table separately
-Stages design will allow for all experience levels
-Stages will be shot in a relay format (every competitor will shoot a section of each stage)
-Coaching between each team, during the course of fire, is welcomed
-The top four teams plus four randomly selected teams will have a chance to win $2,000, courtesy of Tarheel 3-Gun, in a shoot-off at the end of the match

A couple questions, maybe dumb ones, We'll see...
There are 9 stages, I assume we shoot 5 on day one and 4 on day two?
Is there a Morning/Afternoon schedule? or do we shoot one on, one off like BRM3G, 1-off-2-off-3-off etc? Or are we shooting as an example 1-2-3-4-5 on Saturday and 6-7-8-9 on Sunday, shoot stage, move to next and shoot?
I suppose it really doesn't matter all that much, but I like to know.
We use half day format
Morning groups you shoot Morning (7am-1230ish) 5 stages
Afternoon groups you shoot Evening (1230ish to 5pm) 4 stages
This schedule is TESTED and well liked...you are not stuck at the range all day to shoot 4-5 stages..Remington Outdoor Group will have several side matches along with other sponsors. You can also take some time and watch other shoot.

Due to increased demand for this match, we have expanded the match schedule to allow competitors to shoot Thurs/Fri (April16-17). This has created an addition range fee, which we will absorb...This is our best attempt to have as many folks experience this event as possible.
Awards Ceremony:
- The prize table will be supplemented to cover extra folks.
- The awards ceremony will be held as planned on Sunday (April 19th), so if you shoot Thurs/Fri, please plan to have someone walk the prize table for you or we will contact you and pull a prize for you. If you are out of town we will ship the prize to you at no cost.

Rob, may I ask what entry number you were? I was 5067 and have no idea if I should be seeing an invoice or not. I did not receive the email that you did but it say "invoice to be sent".
I am number 4980. There are people in the 5000s squadded already that is what has me worried that my invoice got lost in the internet somewhere.
Gentlemen...this registration is less then 48 hours old and the event is in 5 months out...I am certain things will work out. This is not our first rodeo. We are making the effort and planning to spend extra range fees cost and staff cost to hopefully let everyone that signed up experience this event. So please don't get to concerned with invoice numbers and such.
We have a outstanding title sponsors and numerous others have reached out for us so I think the prize table will be in line with others we put together...
Our goal is to have all 350 plus folks that have signed up experience a great event. Adding the Thursday/Friday segment is not a easy thing to do and adds more cost..,but we want to do what we can to get folks into the event. Many folks like the option to shoot the match on a Thursday and Friday which gives them the weekend off. At present there are 150 plus slots open on the Thursday and Friday segment.

The season kicks off in February at the Western Regional Championship, presented by Barnes Bullets, in St. George, Utah. Home to the Southern Utah Practical Shooters, St. George has hosted several major pistol matches as well as the annual Hard as Hell Multigun.
In March, 3GN heads back to Marble Falls, Texas for the Southwestern Regional Championship, presented by Advanced Armament Corporation. Texas produced one of the finest Regionals of the season last year, and their range and clubhouse facilities are among the nicest in the country.
The Southern Regional Championship, presented by Remington Handguns, takes place in May in Birmingham, AL’s Brocks Gap Training Center, which hosts multiple disciplines of firearms competition on a monthly basis and is home to the Steel City Carbine Championship.
In June, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship, presented by Bushmaster, will be held outside Danville, VA at Virginia International Raceway, one of the top road course venues in America. In addition to world class racing, VIR also features premium on-site shooting, lodging, dining, karting and spa. For 3GN, facilities include a shoot-house, National Skeet Shooting Association-approved skeet courses, NRA-approved traditional ranges out to 1,000 yards as well as natural terrain areas for courses of fire.
The 3GN Regional Series comes to a close in August at the Beckley Gun Club in Beckley, WV at the Eastern Regional Championship, presented by DPMS. A mountaintop range facility located near Coolridge in Raleigh County, WV, the range is minutes away from the white water capital of the Eastern United States, and the Beckley area presents a multitude of outdoor recreation. With a wooded, sloped topography, the Beckley Gun Club will provide a healthy mix of rugged bay and natural terrain courses of fire.
All those interested in registering are encouraged to ensure their 3GN Membership is active and up to date prior to attempting registration, as all slots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
