  1. nope, #3 shellplate, and #3 locator buttons thnaks jason
  2. OK, is anyone else having an issue with the Lee Universal decap die, in station 1 on a 650. I cannot for the life of me get the case mouth to line up with the rod. It keeps hitting and pushing the decapper up(like it is supposed to). The shellplate is clean, I can get it to go in if I tip the case a little. Its driving me crazy!!! Bye the way I am (attempting) to load .223, the die just doesnt seem "universal" to me.. Any ideas? thank in advance Jason in AZ
  3. Its not the shellplate, I have it as tight as it will go and still turn. The wierd part is the brass is going all the way into the shellplate as far as it will go, and it is not even CLOSE to clearing the side of the decapper pin.

  5. I did the same thing, but with a .223 stem and I crushed the neck expander trying to bend it back. Dillon made me buy a new one though, oh well, my fault anyhow J in AZ
  6. Pure, and simple stupididy, to lazy to go get the correct wrench for the decapping pin flats, so i figured, clamp it (the decapping pin) in the vise and turn the top of the die. Well I clamped a little to high and SQUISH!!. I hate it when I try and cut corners
  7. No. They didnt ask which machine I was using it on. Actually it wasnt on any machine at the time (squished it in a vise ) woops
  8. Carbide expander ball, for expanding the neck on rifle cases. Little bitty ball thats between the decapping pin and the stem assembly. Broke it, accidently. I thought mabye they would send me a replacment too, no go. $23 to replace. OUCH!!
