  1. I know it's an older thread, but this is really helpful! I'm in the midst of building 3 2011's. .38 Super, .45, and 10mm. I ordered up a 10mm Bar Sto bull, a .38 Super Fusion bull, .45 KKM bull, and found another .45 STI bull in overstock. I have to do some measuring, but concerned some of the bulls fit but seem to be kinda floppy in the slide bore...causing me some concern, especially for the price of the very expensive barrels.
  2. Just switched from 18lb stock in my SIG GSR to a 14lb Wolff when I had the slide and barrel ported
  3. I just bought a Tisas 10mm Yukon commander (bobtail cut). Ordered up some Wilson mags, will be interesting to see if it actually performs. Fully prepared to have some teething issues. I was going to build my own from Fusion parts, but decided to sorta try before you buy to see if it's what I'm truly after. I may build an aluminum lower just to see how it holds up. Will be a fun project.
  4. Thanks man, so little info on the upgrades other than off the shelf info. I’ll put several of your ideas into action! Injust ordered a buffer wheel so I can get several trigger bars done. I did the plunger spring, seems to smooth things out, also did the upgraded trigger return spring as well. any thoughts on aftermarket barrels that are actually worth it?
  5. So..I decided to see if I could up the game and keep it all lowing cost. Freedomsmith trigger needed some clearancing for full arc, easily done, HUGE difference. I put in a 1lb lighter recoil spring, pretty sure I can easily go 2lbs lighter. I tried 1lb lighter striker spring..no go, too many light strikes, back to stock. Taylor freelance +4 base pads, Wasatch comp, fixed optic mount, and *thumb rest [generic]*. Kept factory barrel for now,
  6. Howdy all, Want to move into some competition this year. Happy to join the forums.
