Finally read the FAQs

Finally read the FAQs (3/11)

  1. I thought it was just under max weight
  2. The plate is 2MM -- Should I order the 6MM long ones, or the 8MM long ones?
  3. I tried to search for the answer, but kept finding screws to mount the optic to the plate. Can someone please point me towards the correct size screw to mount a CZ Factory optic plate to a Shadow 2 OR? thank you
  4. I've noticed the price drop, but they are still out there. I wonder on we'll see a S3 soon
  5. Does the TSO Tactical Sport Orange (not TS2) have the same crack failures as early Shadow 2s?
  6. is the adjustable fix-it-stick any good? of should I but different fixed ones?
  7. wow, that one is a little pricey. I think < $100 would be a better price range
  8. @darthdively - Do you have the analog or the digital wheeler? @Zachjet - I was going to use locktite, but was afraid it would add some lube and allow you to overtighten the screw
  9. What is everyone using as a torque wrench to attach their optics? The wheeler seems to have good reviews, but I'm worried Amazon will dump it on my porch and knock it out of spec. Also, how tight should I attached the OR plate to my Shadow 2 OR, and how tight do I attach the optic to the plate?
  10. So far so good. With that said, I only shot 100 or so rounds last weekend, so who knows. I'm also wondering if that one round was due to the ETS speedloader I was using. I went back to my magupla just incase.
  11. They also refinished it. I changed out the main spring and firing pin myself. I can't imagine either of those causing this problem.
  12. Very interesting. My gut tells me if I tune the mags, it will solve the problem. Totally makes sense. My plan is to polish the feed ramp, and tune the mags. I'll then manually run several rounds through it, without firing and test the setback to see if anything has changed. I'll do live fire on Sunday during a steel challenge. And yes, this is factory Blazer 124 ammo. Brand new springs and followers (grams) - I could try swapping them out, incase one is bad. I saw someone say polish the follower, do I use the same Flitz on the follower? thank you everyone for your help
