revoman Posted December 9, 2015 Share Posted December 9, 2015 Just a quick shout out to those who want to try a 90 degree mount on their revolver and currently have the Allchin mount. John has come up with a retro-fit 90 degree mount that will work with your current mount. It will lower your C-More .155 lower than the BMT and weighs .4oz lighter. With the aluminum body C-More you will have to trim one of the battery cover screws or the mount itself, either one would be minor fitting. With the plastic body C-More no fitting would be necessary. The original mount would also serve as a blast shield for the lens. I have added some pictures to show the difference. Either mount is an excellent mount this just gives you a different route if you already own a Allchin mount and would like to go to a 90 degree mount.. But what the he'll it's only money and I ordered from John the next day. I figured I would add a few more pictures if anyone was interested, I don't think you could get the optic much closer to the barrel, my FO front sight is in line with the bottom edge of the glass for reference.
