Confirmation of stippling/grip modification rules for CO

So I went and read the provisional rules again and want to ensure I am understanding it correctly. According to the rules I am allowed to:

1. Undercut the trigger guard

2. Stipple everywhere (Not limited like in Production).

 

Since I do not see the following mentioned I assume they are not allowed:

 

1. Mag release scallop cut

2. Accelerator cuts

 

Am I correct on this?

Slide serrations for grip ! Not weight reduction. Who now's where that fine line is.

I cut same serrations on the frt . Of slide that was on the rear.
