arkadi
Draw dry firing with iron sights. Placing eyes in relax mode before start signal (focus on infinity) allowed me to consciously confirm the alignment sooner. Ie. 1. Focus on target, - beep, - draw, - sights are correct but I don't see it yet (my index is pretty good in all directions), - change of focus to sights (no perceived additional movements), - par time beep starts, - sights are correct. 2. No focus, - beep, - draw, - focus to sights, - sights are correct, - par time beep. With no focus, the target is still in the center of FOV, I see the cardboard texture, perforation, just slightly out of focus. Better peripheral vision. I shoot both eyes open. Eyes are in good shape, 1.0 exactly both. I see gibberish while changing focus. Moving forward, did various experiments with focus and (dry fire) transitions drill on close targets. Beat current par time by a good margin. Seeing more and feeling more at once, like painting, like shooting with red dot (which was an eye opener for me). Next, do it in live fire. Not sure where this direction leads to. Shooting is meditation+.
